All personalized reflection workbooks created by Boundaries & Burnout are handcrafted based on the customer’s submitted questionnaire. Because each workbook is custom-written and individually designed, processing times may vary depending on current order volume and the level of detail required.

By purchasing a personalized workbook, you acknowledge and agree to the following processing terms:

1. Standard Processing Time:
   Personalized workbook creation typically requires 5–7 business days after the completed questionnaire has been submitted. Processing time does not begin at checkout, but at the moment all required information is received.

2. Delays in Submission:
   If you do not submit your questionnaire promptly, your order will be delayed. Boundaries & Burnout is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, missing, or late questionnaire responses.

3. High-Volume or Complex Orders:
   During periods of increased demand, or for workbooks requiring extensive customization, processing time may extend beyond the standard window. Customers will be notified if additional time is needed.

4. Single-Creator Disclaimer:
   All personalized workbooks are created by one individual. By purchasing, you acknowledge that this is a handcrafted, human-written process — not automated. As such, processing times are estimates, not guarantees.

5. No Rush Orders:
   Boundaries & Burnout does not offer expedited or rush services. Orders are completed in the order they are received to maintain fairness and quality.

6. Communication of Delays:
   If an unexpected delay occurs (technical issue, personal emergency, etc.), Boundaries & Burnout will contact you using the email provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for checking that their email address is entered correctly.

7. Refunds & Cancellations:
   Work on personalized digital products begins shortly after questionnaire submission. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued once writing has started, as the product is custom and non-returnable.
