Refund & Digital Delivery Policy

Thank you for supporting Boundaries & Burnout. Every digital product and personalized reflection journal is created with intention, care, and a deep respect for the stories shared with me. Because each item is custom-made, this Refund & Delivery Policy explains what to expect before and after your purchase.

Refund Policy

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content — especially personalized journals — all sales are final once the order has been placed.

This includes:

• personalized reflection journals

• custom PDFs

• downloadable templates

• digital workbooks

• any email-delivered or instant download items

Once a file has been created or sent, it cannot be returned, revoked, or “unsent,” which means refunds cannot be provided.

2. If There Is an Issue With Your File

I want you to love and feel supported by what you receive.

If there is:

• a typo

• a formatting problem

• a missing page

• a download issue

• or an error on my end

please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll correct the file and resend it at no additional cost.

3. Incorrect Information Submitted by the Customer

If the personalization form includes incorrect details (misspelled names, wrong dates, missing info, etc.) and the final file has already been delivered, a free revision may not be available.

However, I will offer a discounted re-creation fee to make necessary adjustments.

4. Unauthorized Sharing or Resale

All Boundaries & Burnout digital files are for personal use only.
Reselling, redistributing, or claiming the content as your own is not permitted.

Digital Delivery Policy

1. Turnaround Time

For personalized reflection journals, you will receive your completed digital file within:

3-7 Business days
(excluding major holidays, weekends, or unexpected circumstances)

If additional time is needed due to customization depth, you’ll receive a message with an updated timeframe.

2. How You Will Receive Your Product

Your journal or digital product will be delivered via:

• Email (PDF attachment or downloadable link)

• TikTok Shop message, if applicable

• Direct website download, for non-personalized items

• Backup delivery option, if needed (Google Drive link, etc.)

Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see your file.

3. Order Form Requirement

For personalized journals, your order begins only after you complete the client questionnaire form.

This form gives me:

• your reflection themes

• the tone you prefer

• your journaling style

• any details needed for customization

If the form isn’t submitted, delivery may be delayed.

4. Lost or Missing Files

If you lose your digital file or need a replacement copy, I’m happy to resend it at no cost.
Please contact me within 90 days of the original delivery, and I will provide a new download link or file copy.
Requests made after 90 days may require a small reprocessing fee.
