3. Digital Products & Personalized Journals

Boundaries & Burnout offers both:

• Instant digital downloads

• Custom, personalized reflection journals

All digital products:

• are delivered electronically,

• cannot be returned once delivered,

• and are protected under copyright law.

Personalized journals require you to complete a client questionnaire before creation begins.

4. Delivery Timeline

Because each personalized journal is handcrafted, delivery may take:

• 3–5 business days,

• 5–7 business days,
  or your chosen timeframe.

Delivery may be extended during weekends, holidays, or high order volume.
If additional time is needed, I will notify you.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and personalized products, all sales are final.

Refunds are not offered for:

• digital downloads

• personalized reflection journals

• custom-created files

• instant downloads

• client error (incorrect information in questionnaire)

However, if there is a mistake on my end (missing page, formatting issue, file problem), I will correct it and resend the file at no cost.

6. Accuracy of Information

You agree to:

• provide accurate information in all forms,

• review your information before submission,

• understand that incorrect information may impact the final product.

• Boundaries & Burnout is not liable for damages related to use or inability to use content.

• Digital downloads are provided “as is.”

• Personal interpretation of reflection prompts is the user’s responsibility.

• No guarantees are made regarding emotional outcomes or personal transformation.

13. Indemnification

By using this site, you agree to defend and indemnify Boundaries & Burnout from claims, damages, or legal issues arising from misuse, violations of these Terms, or actions involving your account or content you submit.

14. Termination

I may terminate or suspend access to any service if:
