Tier One is the lightest, simplest personalized workbook I offer.
It’s perfect if you want something gentle, supportive, and custom-written — without going too deep or sharing too much.
Tier One takes the key parts of your story or situation and turns them into a small, meaningful reflection journal with prompts, grounding exercises, and a calming tone you can return to anytime.
No heavy emotional excavation. No overwhelm. Just clarity, compassion, and support.
How It Works
You’ll answer a short set of questions about what you’re going through or what you want this journal to focus on.
Based on your answers, I will write a simple, personalized reflection journal designed to help you:
process the surface-level tension or emotion,
slow down and breathe,
make sense of what’s happening,
and reconnect to your own voice.
This tier is meant to feel like a quiet check-in — supportive, honest, and soothing.
Processing Time + Single-Operator Note
Every workbook is written by one person (me), not automated, copied, or template-generated.
Because of that, please expect 5–7 business days from the moment I receive your completed form.
If I’m ever experiencing a high volume of orders, I’ll let you know — but I will never sacrifice the care and attention your pages deserve.

Time Estimate: This form usually takes 10–15 minutes, depending on how much you want to share.
Emotional Safety: This tier keeps things light, but even gentle questions can bring up feelings. Take your time.
Share at Your Pace: You only need to tell me what feels safe and comfortable. You control the pace and depth.
Not Therapy Notice: This workbook supports reflection and emotional clarity, but it is not therapy or a clinical service.
